Lakeside Physical Therapy & Wellness offers monthly wellness and post-rehabilitation memberships in our fitness facility located in Conneaut Lake, PA. Offering this service to our patients will ensure they are meeting their long-term health goals.

All wellness members will be evaluated to ensure they are safe, healthy, and ready for independent exercise.

The membership fee is $40/month. Gift certificates are also available for wellness memberships and training sessions with our fitness trainer, Janice Corner.
